AGM Meeting Minutes

We still need players for the Fall Teams.

Registration Deadline for the Spring Season will be 12/1/2007.  After 9/6/07 all registration forms must be mailed to the P.O. Box 2554.

 

We are in the process of revamping our Website.

 

We now have a Handbook for all players and parents.  It is a work in progress, so check the website for updates on a regular basis.

Correction for now-Fees for U-10 are $200, U-11 and up are $325.00

 

Treasurer’s report:  Shannon

Brought current financial report.  We made $9000.00 on the Canyon Rim Classic Tournament.  We paid for the seeding of the last 5 fields at Sunway.  For the year we broke even.  The cash balance reflects recent donations we have received.  New for next year-Team tournament money has been increased from $1300.00 to $1500.00.

 

LONG TERM GOALS for TFSA:

 

Buy small goals-they are needed now.

Trees at Sunway

Build Indoor Soccer Complex

Practice Fields

Concession Stand and Restrooms at Sunway-City is working with us on this, is 2 years out.

Host 2 tournaments a year

Train & Hire Coaches

Have our own Refs.

 

 Other Business:

Need to come up with a design for Wind Feathers, and other Merchandising Products.

Can have a sponsor for a single team, By Laws allow for advertising to be on the alternate jersey.

Pick out a Rapids Sweat Uniform for the spring season.

Come up with a stat form for teams to fill out after each came and submit to Public Relation Chair.

Set a dollar amount for this years Fundraising.

Need to decide in spring fees need to be paid in full by Dec. 1 or deposit needs to be paid to hold players position on the team.
