The assigned board member for each week will meet the team volunteers (minimum of two) to unlock the concessions trailer, bring the cash box,  bring ice, and any other items that need restocking at 5:00 p.m.  The assigned team is expected to man the trailer from 5:00-8:00.  The assigned board member will meet the team volunteers at 8:00 p.m. to pick up the cash box, identify any inventory needs, and lock up the trailer.  Volunteers will keep track of the number of each type of item sold.  Players may work in the trailer, but a parent volunteer must be present at all times.
